Who doesn’t love a good infomercial, right? That famous line “but wait, there’s more!” always leaves me on the edge of my seat wondering ‘what else can they possibly include with that life-changing George Foreman Grill?’  

Did you know CampusLogic has our own infomercial? Well, we don’t really, but we should—I'm still trying to negotiate the details on this, but our marketing department keeps rolling their eyes at me. So until I can convince them, here’s my best version of a CampusLogic informercial—blog-style!

Every CampusLogic customer has a Customer Success Manager (CSM). If you don’t know who your CSM is, please respond back to this email, and we will make sure you are re-introduced. Your CSM will help you with your CampusLogic products, be a partner to you and your team, and ensure you are up to date on our latest releases and functionality. Your CSM can also help you leverage our network of more than 460 customers nationwide. If you want to talk to another school who is facing similar challenges as you, we would love to connect you. Staying close to your CSM and meeting with them regularly will help you get more from your CampusLogic experience. Your CSM is happy to set up a monthly recurring meeting (even if it is just 15 minutes) to chat.

Sometimes people hear support and only think about technical support. But wait, there’s more! (See what I did there?)  At CampusLogic, our support extends far beyond tech. We’re here to answer any questions you have—yes any. A good rule of thumb is if you are trying to figure out something, and it’s taking you more than 5 minutes, put in a support ticket—let us help you! The fastest way to get an answer is to put in a support ticket. Our team of Customer Success Managers are always watching our support tickets and we are focused on providing fast responses and resolution to your questions or issues. If you don’t know how to put in a support ticket, take advantage of your #1 resource (Your CSM) and they would be happy to show you how to make a support ticket.

Did you know we have free training webinars every week for StudentForms? This is a great resource for when new people join your team, or simply as a refresher for yourself. On Tuesdays, we hold the Student Experience webinar—this training is for anybody who works in StudentForms and provides support to students. On Thursdays, we dive deep into the Administrator side of file review in StudentForms. If you are considering using StudentForms for SAP/PJ, our Wednesday trainings will prepare you and answer a lot of your questions. Our customers find a lot of value in the webinar format because we offer them frequently and you get to learn from the questions other schools are asking during our Q&A part of the webinar.
