Carlo Salerno, CampusLogic VP of Research, was recently featured by the Higher Learning Advocates in a piece where he detailed the findings of CampusLogic's recent data report, Clear Disparity. Salerno's op-ed showcased not only the points of confusion consumers highlighted in the large-scale survey, but also actionable observations for institutions and policymakers who are eager to drive student financial success.
Higher Learning Advocates is a bipartisan non-profit advocacy organization working to shift federal policy from higher education to higher learning. Their website notes that "while more students are participating in higher education than ever before, there is a vast and growing disconnect between federal policy and the needs of today's students, employers, and communities."
In his piece, Salerno wrote: "The report also shows that what students and families find confusing is a far cry from what financial aid experts predicted. Which begs the question, why such a gap?"
