In a recent podcast, CampusLogic CEO Gregg Scoresby spoke with host Joshua Strebel about what it means to build the fastest-growing software company in Arizona, and he revealed some of the secrets behind his company’s success. Purpose-driven with a mission to help schools change lives, CampusLogic is on a high-growth trajectory, and Scoresby attributes much of the company’s success to its focus on fundamental elements such as transparency, diversity, and culture.
“Transparency breeds trust,” said Scoresby. “If you want a high level of transparency in your company, there is no other way to get that than to be highly transparent.” In the podcast, he explained that leading a successful, high-growth company means there are constant changes, often leading to things that need to be fixed. With transparency and the ability to quickly adapt when needed, CampusLogic continues to thrive in the education technology industry.
CampusLogic prides itself on its culture and diverse workplace, and Scoresby explained the company’s approach to achieving its talented workforce. Regarding diversity, Scoresby said, “We are trying to solve some major financial aid problems in this country, and we need the best and the brightest—and that’s going to come from the most diverse set of minds.”
Scoresby wrapped up his approach to ensuring the continued success of CampusLogic by saying, “I’m focused on the three C’s: company, customers, and culture.”
