BROCKPORT, NY, NOVEMBER 26, 2019— CampusLogic, higher education’s leading student financial success platform, today announced that The College at Brockport State University of New York (SUNY) has selected their StudentForms® cloud-based software to streamline financial aid verification, shorten financial aid cycle times, and provide a completely paperless, real-time, mobile experience for students. SUNY Brockport is the fourth SUNY institution to invest in CampusLogic’s award-winning technology to drive student financial success—a key component of overall student success.
“At SUNY Brockport, we strive to remove barriers to college access,” said Deidre Strutz, Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Brockport. “The financial aid verification process can be so overwhelming—especially for first generation students. They’re fearful of it, and fear causes people to give up; to not come to college.” Without financial aid, many Brockport students wouldn’t be able to attend, Strutz notes. “Financial aid—everything we do—is crucial to enrollment and retention. Strutz’s team evaluated several solutions to simplify verification and processes, and selected StudentForms by CampusLogic to complement their Ellucian system. “It was clear to us from the beginning that StudentForms was going to work for us in ways other solutions wouldn’t,” she explains.
