Talking Transfer: How to engage transfer students of different backgrounds

May 13, 2021

Fact: No two students are the same. Each student has different needs, different goals and a different backstory. So why do we treat them all uniformly vs. uniquely? When it comes to transfer students, how they are engaged often plays a key role in their decision to transfer and successfully complete their 4-year degree.
